Unscripted is a judo content platform that creates and distributes short-form video highlights. The Service may include content published on third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and other social media services. The Service may also include features that interact with third-party APIs, including the TikTok API, to publish and manage content.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Certain features of the Service may require you to authenticate via third-party services (e.g., TikTok login). When you connect a third-party account, you grant us limited permission to interact with that platform on your behalf, strictly within the scope described at the time of authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to:

• TikTok: We use the TikTok API to publish content. Our use of TikTok data is governed by our Privacy Policy and is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.
• YouTube: We use the YouTube API Services to publish and manage content. By using features that interact with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. You should review their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Unscripted — including but not limited to video edits, compilations, graphics, and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Judo competition footage used in our content is sourced under applicable rights and is credited to the relevant rights holders. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address below.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission;
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
